1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sportsedge (the "Service") ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using Sportsedge, you represent that you meet this requirement and that sports betting analytics tools are legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service

Sportsedge provides sports market data, analytics, and probability-ranked selections for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not place bets on behalf of users. We do not operate as a sportsbook, broker, or financial advisor.

All picks, probabilities, and analytics are derived from publicly available market data and proprietary methodology. Picks reflect market-implied probabilities and selection criteria, not guaranteed outcomes.

4. No Financial Advice; No Guarantee of Results

Nothing on Sportsedge constitutes financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. Sports betting carries financial risk. Past performance shown on the Service does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any financial outcomes.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid features are sold through our payment processor. Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are presented at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish content from the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or clone the Service or its underlying methodology
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service beyond personal use
• Share access credentials with other users

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or chargebacks. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription via Whop.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, models, methodology, and trademarks on Sportsedge are the property of SH-Tech or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription, for personal use only.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY OF DATA, PICKS, ODDS, OR ANY OUTCOMES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES INCURRED FROM SPORTS WAGERS.

12. Responsible Gambling

Bet only what you can afford to lose. Sportsedge does not encourage compulsive betting.

13. Geographic Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that use of sports betting analytics is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly provide services to users in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
