Cancellation
You may cancel your Sportsedge subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to paid features until that date.
We do not require a reason for cancellation. There is no cancellation fee.
Refund Eligibility
All sales are final once a billing period has begun, with the following exceptions:
- Service failure: If the Service is materially unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during your billing period, you are eligible for a prorated refund.
- Duplicate billing: If you were charged twice for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.
- Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately. Verified unauthorized charges will be fully refunded.
- First 7 days, first subscription: First-time subscribers who have used the Service for 7 days or fewer may request a full refund of their first payment, provided the account has not violated our Terms of Service.
What Is Not Refundable
- Subscription periods that have already elapsed
- Refund requests based on betting losses or unfavorable pick outcomes
- Refund requests based on subjective dissatisfaction beyond the first 7 days
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Accounts associated with chargeback fraud or payment disputes filed without first contacting support
How to Request a Refund
Email support@sh-tech.io within 14 days of the charge with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Chargebacks
We strongly request that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will result in account termination, and we reserve the right to dispute them with documentation showing service was delivered as described.
Payment Processor
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Their dispute resolution policies also apply alongside our own.
